A simple visual indication that your machine operator is wearing their seatbelt
Designed for diggers, excavators, dumpers and other plant, agricultural and industrial machinery, this operator seatbelt indicator kit combines a high-visibility orange retractable lap belt with a green LED beacon.
The seatbelt incorporates a 3-wire switch within the buckle, allowing the beacon to be connected so that fastening the seatbelt activates a clear visual indication that the operator has buckled up.
This allows supervisors and other site personnel to see at a glance that the operator's seatbelt is fastened and provides a simple and effective way to help encourage seatbelt use on site.
How it works
Operator fastens seatbelt → Buckle switch activates → Green beacon illuminates
The UK-manufactured seatbelt is ECE R16 approved and features an Automatic Locking Retractor (ALR). Once the belt has been pulled across the operator's waist and fastened, the retractor locks the belt around the wearer. The retractor can be mounted at any angle.
The 12–24V green LED beacon features 60 LEDs, three selectable flash patterns and a flexible DIN mounting.

Before fully installing the seatbelt or tightening the fixing bolts, please check that the seatbelt and mounting arrangement are suitable for your vehicle.
