Wheelchair and passenger seat belt comprising two Automatic Locking Retractors (ALR) and automotive quick release buckle and tongue. Typically used on urban buses to prevent movement during transit. The straps are extracted around the user and lock securely once the buckle and tongue are connected. Retractors are housed in protective PVC cover to prevent damage.
